Behind a router? Forward your public port to this node’s LAN address, TCP 443. Network setup ↗
Install node
Run on your Linux host. Inspect the script first, then paste the token when prompted.
Response times are measured from Meshzu. Understanding node status ↗
Private bucket. Files require a signed link; this address does not expose a file listing.
Custom domains
Use your own download address, such as files.example.com. It redirects to a storage provider; file bytes never pass through the Meshzu control plane. The final download uses the provider hostname.
Add both the CNAME and TXT records shown below. Use DNS only, not a CDN proxy. HTTPS is issued automatically after verification. Removing a domain stops links using that hostname.
Server integration
Create links from your backend with a signing key restricted to this bucket. Keep the key on your server, never in browser code.
Revoking a key stops new links. Already issued links remain valid until their expiry.
